Located in the beach area of Side, the comfortable 5-star Kaya Side Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a minibar fridge. The modern hotel offers an amphitheatre and sits approximately a 15-minute drive from the Monumental Fountain.

The hotel is beside gardens and is within a 7-km distance of Side Harbor. The own beach is about a 5-minute stroll from the accommodation.
